Quotely Do Not Call Policy

Quotely may contact you by phone after you request an insurance quote through our website or mobile app. We take your communication preferences seriously and follow all applicable “Do Not Call” (DNC) regulations.
1. Respecting Your Preferences
- If you do not wish to receive calls from Quotely or our insurance partners, you can request placement on our internal Do Not Call List at any time.
- Once added, we will not call you again except as permitted by law (for example, to follow up on an active request you initiated).
2. How to Make a Do Not Call Request
You may request to be added to our Do Not Call List by:

3. Processing Time
We will honor your Do Not Call request within 30 days of receipt and maintain it for at least 5 years, as required by law.

- Even if you are on a federal or state Do Not Call Registry, you may still receive a call from us if you submitted your information and gave consent to be contacted.
