Quotely Lead Return & Credit Policy

At Quotely, we work hard to deliver high-quality insurance Leads. However, we understand that sometimes a Lead may not meet basic quality standards. This Lead Return & Credit Policy (“Policy”) explains the limited circumstances under which you may request a credit.

By using Quotely Pro, you agree to follow this Policy along with our [Pro Terms of Use].

1. Eligible Reasons for Lead Credit

A Lead may be eligible for review and credit only if one of the following applies: 

  • Disconnected Number – The phone number provided is non-working or permanently disconnected. 
  • Wrong Contact Information – Key contact details (phone/email) are completely invalid. 
  • Duplicate Lead – The same consumer information was delivered to you more than once by Quotely.
  • Out of Geography – The consumer is located outside of your licensed or contracted service area (as set in your Quotely Pro account).
  • Out of Product Type – The Lead is for a type of insurance you did not select (e.g., you only requested auto insurance but received a life insurance Lead).
  • Underage Consumer – The consumer is under 18 and therefore not legally eligible for coverage.

2. Ineligible Reasons for Lead Credit

The following are not eligible for return or credit:

  • Consumer was not interested in insurance after initial submission.
  • Consumer refused to provide more details or did not answer follow-up calls/emails.
  • Consumer purchased coverage from another agent or provider. 
  • Lead information is partially incorrect but still contactable. 
  • Delays in contacting the Lead caused by the Agent.
  • Preference-based issues (e.g., “Lead wasn’t a good fit” or “too expensive”).

3. Process for Requesting a Credit

  • Timeframe: You must submit a credit request within 7 calendar days of Lead delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • Submission Method: Requests must be made through the Quotely Pro Dashboard or by emailing [leadsupport@quotely.com].
  • Required Info: Each request must include:
  • Lead ID or reference number
  • Reason for dispute (matching one of the Eligible categories above) 
  • Supporting evidence (e.g., call recording, email bounce, screenshot of disconnected number)

4. Review & Resolution

  •  Quotely will review each request within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved requests will result in a credit to your account balance (not cash refunds).
  • Decisions by Quotely are final.

5. Abuse of Policy

  • Excessive, invalid, or fraudulent credit requests may result in suspension or termination of your Quotely Pro account.
  • Quotely reserves the right to adjust or amend this Policy at any time.
